Eportal makes teaching & learning easy and safe for teachers and students as it allows for virtual learning seamlessly via video, audio, graphics and texts options to be integrated into your personalized school portal.
The profile of school, students and staff can be set up by the admin officer(s) who has access to login as an admin. The admin will have access to all activities on the portal. The admin can assign class and subject to the teachers. The admin can also add, edit and delete lesson note, questions, add students and staff, update records, track school fees and access all students’ results. The teachers can add questions, edit questions, publish an exam or unpublish it and many more...
Questions can be added to the portal when the educator clicks on "create exam" in his/her portal home page. Questions can be added singly or in bulk. The CSV Format to be used for bulk upload is available on the portal. The CSV (Comma Separated Version) is a seamless method of uploading thousands of questions at once if and only if there are no spaces between the options (download format here).
Yes, after each exam/quiz, educators or admin can "unpublish" the questions so that it will no longer be accessible to the students/learners.
